At Weiner Music, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your instrument or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our returns department; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the instrument.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
